FOR LINEN LOVERS
Linen’s properties are different to cotton and therefore it requires different care. While Ginger Dream has been crafted using 100% pre-washed French linen and has been engineered to an exceptionally high standard, there are simple things you can do to keep your linen beautiful for longer.
- Do not dry clean linen. The chemicals used in the dry cleaning process can react with your linen and weaken the fibres.
- You can either hand or machine wash separately, always with lukewarm or cold water and a mild soap without bleach or softeners.
- If using a washing machine, opt for a short and gentle cycle.
- Do not tumble dry. Simply hang or lay the linen product flat.
- Avoid exposure to direct sunlight over long periods of time.
- The beauty of this vintage washed linen treatment resides in its typical crumpled texture, to keep this crushed look don’t iron your linens at all.
FOR COTTON LOVERS
Your new 100% long-staple cotton sheet are a luxurious and comfortable way to get a good night's sleep, so taking good care of them is crucial. Always keep your sheets looking fresh and feeling good by following the care label. With each wash, dry, and iron, your sheets will get softer and more comfortable.
- You can either hand or machine wash separately, always with lukewarm or cold water and a mild soap without bleach or softeners.
- If using a washing machine, we recommend to be laundered using the gentle wash cycle. With the slow cycle, the products are left in the washing machine for a longer period of time ensuring dirt and body oils are removed completely and all detergent is rinsed out of the fabric properly.
- We recommend that you do not dry clean this item. This is a chemical process and can cause irreversible damage.
- Air drying is best for the longevity of this item. Simply hang or lay the linen product flat. Although not ideal, you can tumble dry cotton bedding for no longer than 20 minutes on the low or medium heat setting.
- Avoid exposure to direct sunlight over long periods of time.
